How do I purchase tickets?
Purchase your tickets online to save $2.00 and avoid the line-ups. You can also buy your tickets at one of the box offices setup outside the show entrance. Box office ticket prices at the show are: $9.75 for adults, $5.00 for children 6-12 and children 5 and under are free of charge.

Am I able to return another day if I want to purchase something I saw at the show?
We will be pleased to hear that you found value in the show and want to return a second day. If this is the case, please see the show manager in the show office at the event. We will be happy to accommodate you.

Is food available at the venue?
Yes, there are many food vendors on-site including the South Cafe & Marketplace. Click here to learn more.

Are there ATMS on site?
Yes, there are ATM machines available inside the GCCC. Click here for an interactive map of the facility.

I am a nursing mother. Do you have a room available for me to use?

The GCCC has a designated nursing mother room located on the Central Atrium. There are also family restrooms located in Upper A-Pod (behind room A-210) and in the Center Lounge near the South Café & Marketplace. These single-use areas are equipped with a seat, electricity and a lockable door.

Are wheelchairs available?

Yes,  The GCCC has a limited number of manual wheelchairs available. They are stored at the Public Safety Command. If you need a wheelchair, contact Public Safety at (614) 827-2547. A member of the GCCC's Public Safety Department will bring the wheelchair to you.  The GCCC asks that you exchange a photo ID for the wheelchair, which will be returned to you when you are done using the chair. There are also a limited number of electric wheelchairs available to rent through the GCCC's Pride Ride! program. You can reserve a scooter by calling 614-827-2531 and paying by credit card.

How can I find a particular exhibitor at the show?

Please check our Exhibitor List for a list of our participating exhibitors. Also, at the show you will receive a free show guide, which contains exhibitor listings sorted by name and by product category. If you still can't find a particular exhibitor, please visit the information booth, located on the show floor for more information.

How long should I plan to stay at the show?

Generally, the show will take between a minimum of 2 to 4 hours to see, depending on your itinerary at the show.

Can I bring my pet to the show?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at the show, unless they are part of a paid exhibitor's display, or a service animal.
